Pro-Style Facilities

The CIH Academy Athletics and Events Centre is the centre of our state-of-the-art facilities.

With twin NHL-size rinks, we have the flexibility to schedule practices around classes. Ten dressing rooms and plenty of storage allow each student a locker within the complex preventing them from carrying their equipment from their dorm rooms to practices because gear is stored and cleaned right on site! No more hours wasted driving your student to and from hockey practices-with rinks and facilities only steps from classrooms and student residences, our campus set-up will maximize the amount of time students spend learning and playing hockey.

One of our rinks has seating for 2000 people, allowing the Rockland community to utilize our facilities to host major events and tournaments.

Our fully-equipped therapy room provides our students with top level prevention and treatment of injuries, while the infirmary ensures that students are always close to medical help if needed.

Our fitness centre dedicated to CIH Academy students, with the newest, most advanced equipment available, completes the student's off-ice training using the latest techniques to maximize their physical and mental strength.

To further maximize the time students spend focusing on school and hockey, CIH Academy's classrooms arealso be located in the Athletics and Events Centre, fully equipped for wireless internet and advanced learning. CIH Academy has been designated as an official campus of the Upper Canada District School Board, bringing UCDSB teachers directly to our students for their in-class studies. The classrooms and accompanying "breakout rooms" for small group study have been designed to complement the uniquely-tailored curriculum that puts both learning and hockey first.

The Event and Training Centre also includes video rooms, meeting rooms and coaches' offices to simplify everyday operations, while our extensive outdoor facilities such as tennis courts, soccer fields and outdoor trails make cross-training and student life enjoyable as well as practical.
